I started the Reboot and Fundamentals a little over 2 weeks ago. I noticed little changes but I started Mood and Sleep on Saturday. Previously I knew that I was awake a lot in the middle of the night and I had tracked my sleep before. I didn’t know what was normal but I knew my husband wasn’t awake at night like I was. I tracked my sleep 2 weeks ago right after starting the Fundamentals. I felt like I was sleeping better but the numbers that came up were similar to in the past. Then I wore my fit bit after 5 days of using Mood and Sleep. I noticed I wasn’t awake at night at all. I wasn’t getting up to use the bathroom at all. I was actually sleeping the whole night! Here are the pictures of my sleep activity from 2 weeks ago and last night. Amazing!! I didn’t know what good Sleep was but I certainly know now!! I’m so thankful for these products! 🏆🎉🎉😍😍
